3D Modeling / BIM this is the process of creating or representing an object in three dimensions, enabling it to be manipulated and viewed as close to reality as possible. For this, advanced drawing techniques are used, with numerous specific programmes available for this purpose. To achieve this, advanced drawing techniques are used, with numerous specific programs available for this purpose.
3D modelling allows the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) to create virtual scenarios based on a three-dimensional model of any object, land surface, architectural project or industrial scenario.
This form of 3D representation greatly facilitates the understanding of the project, demonstrates more clearly its potential, possible failures and quality management. It is a very useful representation tool not only for professionals, who can extract from it numerous forms of 2D representation (plans, sections, views, etc.) in a semi-automatic way, but also for a better interpretation of the future scenario by the end client.
Internally, we use LIDAR/LASER SCANNING 3D technology to acquire reality with high metric quality, and starting from this massive data from three-dimensional point clouds, we begin 3D modeling, allowing us to model even the smallest detail of the object under study.
