<\/strong>

LASER SCANNERS (fixed and mobile ground-based or airborne) are devices that have one or more high-frequency laser emitters and which enable the\u00a03D Laser Scanning \/ High Definition Scanning (HDS)\u00a0<\/strong>of any study object, creating a dense point cloud in three-dimensional space, with an acquisition rate of up to 2 million points per second<\/strong>, long-range and high-metric quality, forming a three-dimensional numerical model. The final result will be a massive point cloud, with three-dimensional X, Y, Z coordinates, combined with the colour captured by the high-resolution images.The laser scanner is currently the best tool for data acquisition in topographical or architectural surveys, in areas or for objects where a very high level of detail and accuracy is required, or even in areas that are difficult to access or pose a high risk. The main advantage is the ability to capture billions of points in a fast and agile manner<\/strong>, resulting in reliable products, impossible to obtain with conventional technologies.Its use significantly reduces the time taken to collect data, whilst also enabling the remote capture of 3D topographical information comprising millions of georeferenced points, which can be used for two-dimensional vectorisation or 3D modelling. These point clouds contain an unrivalled level of information that is essential for decision-making, design or the management of any subject under study.With this innovative technology, we can recreate the object under study on a computer, creating a technical information database of high metric quality, which enables data to be extracted for the creation of 2D vector information (plans, sections, elevations), 3D models or BIM. O resultado final, ser\u00e1 uma nuvem de pontos massiva, com coordenadas tridimensionais X, Y, Z , que com a associa\u00e7\u00e3o da cor captada pelas imagens de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<br\/><br\/>O laser scanner \u00e9 atualmente a melhor ferramenta para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados para levantamentos topogr\u00e1ficos ou arquitet\u00f3nicos, em \u00e1reas ou objetos de estudo que necessitemos de alt\u00edssimo n\u00edvel de detalhe, precis\u00e3o ou at\u00e9 em zonas de dif\u00edcil acesso ou de elevado risco. A grande vantagem \u00e9 a <strong>capacidade de captar milhares de milh\u00f5es de pontos de forma r\u00e1pida e \u00e1gil<\/strong>, resultando em produtos fidedignos, imposs\u00edveis de serem obtidos atrav\u00e9s das tecnologias convencionais.<br\/><br\/>A sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o reduz consideravelmente o tempo na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, bem como permite a captura de informa\u00e7\u00e3o topogr\u00e1fica 3D de forma remota com milh\u00f5es de pontos georreferenciados, que podem ser usados para vectoriza\u00e7\u00e3o bidimensional ou modela\u00e7\u00e3o 3D.
