A cadastre can be understood as any record, organised according to constant rules that catalogue information relating to a certain property.<br\/>This is a set of recorded data that characterises and identifies land and\/or buildings on national territory.<br\/><br\/>The new Legal Regime of the Land Registry, <a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/72-2023-220219335\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 72\/2023<\/a>, of August 23 and is in force throughout the national territory from November 21, 2023, the date of its entry into force, (<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/72-2023-220219335\">https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/72-2023-220219335<\/a>), introduced significant changes to the models for implementing and maintaining the land registry in Portugal. <br\/><br\/>The simplification, streamlining and dematerialization of the procedures for executing and maintaining the property registry allow the property owner to promote changes, through a <strong>land registry technician.<\/strong> Contact us <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toporigor.pt\/en\/\">http:\/\/www.toporigor.pt<\/a>) responsible for the operation and with authorized access to supporting data for the registration letter.<br\/><br\/><strong>Geometric Registration of Rural Property<\/strong> (source G.D.T.)<br\/><br\/>Browse the National Cadastral Information System (SNIC).
