{"id":1710,"date":"2022-01-13T11:55:29","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T11:55:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.toporigor.pt\/?p=1710"},"modified":"2022-01-21T14:40:13","modified_gmt":"2022-01-21T14:40:13","slug":"levantamento-topografico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.toporigor.pt\/en\/levantamento-topografico\/","title":{"rendered":"What is a Topographic Survey?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1642074196779\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Topographic surveying consists of representing the surface - planimetric and\/or altimetric - on a map or plan of notable points or geographical features, as well as other relief, vegetation or construction details, by means of high-precision georeferenced measurements, using various equipment such as: \u00a0Optical Total Stations (manual or robotic, GNSS (commonly known as GPS), 3D Laser Scanner's, UAV\/Drones, among other sensors, tools and software for calculation, adjustment, drawing or 3D or BIM modelling.<br\/>They are usually carried out by a professional in the area of geographical sciences and are a fundamental element, which is present in the various phases of a project, whether in the initial phase as a basis for the study of the project to come, or in the execution, verification, supervision of the work and the representation of the final canvas of the completed project.<br\/>The scales used vary depending on the detail required, which usually range from 1\/200, 1\/500, 1\/1000, 1\/2000, 1\/5000 and very occasionally 1\/10000. From this last scale onwards we enter the field of Cartography, for representations of regional or national scope.<br\/><br\/>There are three types of topographic survey:<br\/> - Planimetric - surveying measurements on a plane: X,Y;<br\/> - Altimetric - when the vertical coordinates of the place are added: Z;<br\/> - Plani-altimetric - union of the two previous types, it allows a more complete mapping with three-dimensional information.<br\/><br\/><strong>What does a topographic survey usually contain?<\/strong><br\/><br\/> - Geographic or geodetic coordinates are of a curvilinear character and are therefore given in degree, minute and second, known as latitude and longitude or plane coordinates are those which are projected from the curved medium (ellipsoid) onto the cartographic plane chosen as a function of the location on the earth's surface and objective;<br\/> - Indication of cartographic and\/or geographical north;<br\/> - Land boundaries (walls, fences, property marks, etc.);<br\/> - Heights and contour lines showing the relief\/morphology of the terrain;<br\/> - Location of buildings and respective elevations, eaves and ridge points;<br\/> - Location of infrastructures (water, sanitation, storm water, electricity, telephones, gas, etc.) and respective thresholds;<br\/> - Location of accesses (roads, paths, tracks, etc.);<br\/> - Location of landscape elements and main tree species (especially if they are protected species).<br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p> <\/div> <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignwide-wrap\" utens\u00edlios e softwares de c\u00e1lculo, ajustamento, desenho ou modela\u00e7\u00e3o 3D ou BIM.<br\\\/>S\u00e3o habitualmente realizadas por um profissional da \u00e1rea das ci\u00eancias geogr\u00e1ficas e \u00e9 um elemento fundamental, que est\u00e1 presente nas diversas fases de um projeto, seja na fase inicial como base para o estudo do projeto vindouro, seja na execu\u00e7\u00e3o, na verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da obra e na representa\u00e7\u00e3o da tela final do projeto conclu\u00eddo.<br\\\/>A escalas utilizadas variam em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do pormenor pretendido, que habitualmente v\u00e3o desde a escala 1\\\/200, 1\\\/500, 1\\\/1000, 1\\\/2000, 1\\\/5000 e muito esporadicamente a escala 1\\\/10000. A partir desta \u00faltima escala j\u00e1 entramos no campo da Cartografia, para representa\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e2mbito regional ou nacional.<br\\\/><br\\\/>Existem tr\u00eas tipos de levantamentos topogr\u00e1ficos:<br\\\/> - Planim\u00e9trico \u2013 levantamento de medidas num plano: X,Y;<br\\\/> - Altim\u00e9trico \u2013 quando acrescentadas as cotas da vertical do lugar: Z;<br\\\/> - Plani-altim\u00e9trico \u2013 uni\u00e3o dos dois tipos anteriores, permite um mapeamento mais completo com informa\u00e7\u00e3o tridimensional.<br\\\/><br\\\/><strong>O que cont\u00e9m, habitualmente, um levantamento topogr\u00e1fico?<\\\/strong><br\\\/><br\\\/> - Coordenadas geogr\u00e1ficas ou\u00a0geod\u00e9sicas s\u00e3o de car\u00e1ter curvil\u00edneo e por isso s\u00e3o dados em grau, minuto e segundo, conhecidas como latitude e longitude ou\u00a0coordenadas planas\u00a0s\u00e3o as que s\u00e3o projetadas do meio curvo (elipsoide) para o plano cartogr\u00e1fico escolhido em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do local da superf\u00edcie terrestre e objetivo;<br\\\/> - Indica\u00e7\u00e3o do norte cartogr\u00e1fico e\\\/ou geogr\u00e1fico;<br\\\/> - Limites de terreno (muros, veda\u00e7\u00f5es, marcos de propriedade, etc.);<br\\\/> - Cotas altim\u00e9tricas e curvas de n\u00edvel que demonstram o relevo\\\/morfologia do terreno;<br\\\/> - Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00f5es e respetivas cotas de soleira, beirados e cumieira;<br\\\/> - Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas (\u00e1gua, saneamento, pluviais, eletricidade, telefones, g\u00e1s, etc.) e respetivas cotas de soleira;<br\\\/> - Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de acessos (estradas, caminhos, trilhos, etc.);<br\\\/> - Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos de \u00e2mbito paisagista e principais tais como: \u00a0Esta\u00e7\u00f5es Totais \u00d3ticas (manuais ou rob\u00f3ticas, GNSS (vulgarmente denominados por GPS), Laser Scanner\u00b4s 3D, UAV\/Drones, entre outros sensores, utens\u00edlios e softwares de c\u00e1lculo, ajustamento, desenho ou modela\u00e7\u00e3o 3D ou BIM.<br\/>S\u00e3o habitualmente realizadas por um profissional da \u00e1rea das ci\u00eancias geogr\u00e1ficas e \u00e9 um elemento fundamental, que est\u00e1 presente nas diversas fases de um projeto, seja na fase inicial como base para o estudo do projeto vindouro, seja na execu\u00e7\u00e3o, na verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da obra e na representa\u00e7\u00e3o da tela final do projeto conclu\u00eddo.<br\/>A escalas utilizadas variam em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do pormenor pretendido, que habitualmente v\u00e3o desde a escala 1\/200, 1\/500, 1\/1000, 1\/2000, 1\/5000 e muito esporadicamente a escala 1\/10000.
